Return & Refund Policy

All products are custom-made and produced based on customer-approved designs.

Due to the personalized nature of our services, all sales are final.

Refunds or replacements are only issued in the event of a production defect or error caused by C Versacore.

Customers must report any issues within 3 business days of receiving the order.

We are not responsible for:
• Incorrect sizes selected by the customer
• Spelling errors approved in final design
• Color variations due to screen differences

If an issue qualifies, we will repair or replace the affected items at our discretion.
