Terms of service

By placing an order with C Versacore, the customer agrees to the following:

• Production begins only after design approval and payment confirmation.
• Orders under 24 pieces require full payment before production.
• Orders of 24 pieces or more require a 50% deposit to begin production.
• Remaining balance is due before pickup or shipping.

All artwork approvals are considered final once confirmed by the customer.

Embroidery services require a one-time digitizing fee based on logo complexity.

Production timelines may vary depending on order size and workload.

C Versacore reserves the right to refuse service for inappropriate or copyrighted material without authorization.
